The overall objective of the project was to support the continuation of the public administration reform by assisting the Ministry of Information in the process of preparation of the new PAR 2017/2022 and the preparation of PAR SPD as part of the programming of IPA 2 assistance

The specific objective of the assignement was to provide the ministry of information Sociaty and Administration with;

1.       Draft strategy and action plan for its implementation

2.       Sector Planning Document and action documents for 2017 and 2018 under IPA 2 instrument.
