The overall objective of the project of which this market is part is to contribute to the rooting of democracy and the culture of dialogue and peace in Côte d'Ivoire through a growing and effective participation of CSOs, and through them, citizens, in the process of political, economic and social life of the country.

The specific objective of this contract is the establishment of a Project Management Unit (PMU) to carry out the necessary activities to improve the legal and institutional framework governing the functioning of CSOs in Côte d'Ivoire , to strengthen the dialogue and participation of CSOs in public policies and to enhance the effectiveness and credibility of CSOs in Côte d'Ivoire, based on one or more national sources of the country.
