Support to scale up Maternal and Newborn Health Outcomes for the states of Northern Nigeria
The objective of the Mid-Term Review was to provide the European Union Delegation with an independent assessment of the performance of the programme "Support to scale up Maternal, Newborn and Child Health outcomes in two states of Northern Nigeria" in terms of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the support provided to the Adamawa and Kebbi States, key stakeholders and development partners and its impact on improving maternal, newborn and child health outcomes.
