Election Expert Mission to Ghana
The primary purpose of the Pre-Election Expert Mission was to collect factual information and undertake a comprehensive analysis of the voter registration process, namely of the process of revision of the voters' register due to start at the end of June 2016, the work in this respect of the Electoral Commission (EC) in light of the May 2016 Supreme Court of Ghana ruling on the status of the electoral roll, and of any relevant activity development possibly impacting the legal and regulatory framework for the elections.
