Projects

The services were part of the overall framework of the Governance Support Program and had as their general objective the project of "contributing to improving respect for democratic principles and good management of public funds".

The specific objectives of the project were:

·       The first specific objective of the services was to present to the Contracting Authority, the Project Manager, the Delegation of the European Union and more generally to all the parties concerned by the Program of Support to Good Governance:

-       A global and independent assessment of the results of the PAG;

-       The main lessons of the intervention and recommendations to improve future actions.

·       The second specific objective of the services was the identification of a Support Program for Democratic Governance financed by the 11th EDF.

The activities implemented under this contract were as follows:

·       Conduct meetings with key-informant on the perception of the PAG program;

·       Implement a documentary analysis during all phases of the mission;

·       Develop an in-depth analysis of the actions carried out in terms of good governance and management of public finances;

·       Consult all the stakeholders concerned with governance and public finance issues;

·       Conduct interviews with the authorities in charge or directly concerned by governance and public finance management actions;

·       Conduct interviews with TFPs active in the country in support of governance and public financial management.
