The overall objective of the project is “to assist the Albanian Administration in managing EU financial assistance and resources in a decentralised manner and in compliance with the EU Regulations on Financial Assistance”

 The purpose of the project is “to provide operational support to the CFCU administration to enable it to effectively implement the EU financed programmes and to ensure a high rate of absorption of EU funds”
